All the local business that is fit to talk about in Tuna hits the airwaves on Tuna’s local radio station, shining a spotlight on the fine upstanding citizens and their small town way of dealing with life. Two actors portray over 20 of Tuna’s crazy characters in this “tour de farce” that is a comedy triumph with costume changes and character flips that will amaze and astound audiences.

But she stumbles upon something altogether more intriguing: a young woman who might provide a special connection to some rare photographs, and the renowned photographer Walker Evans. Jumping back and forth from the present to the 1930s, Rice explores the complexities of the art world, personal relationships and, above all, the stories we hold dear. Directed by Jennifer Upoff Gray. Originally presented as part of our 2008-2009 Montgomery Davis Play Development Series. A collaboration with Forward Theater Company of Madison.

By Morris Panych. Be careful what you wish for. A Milwaukee Premier! Kemp, a selfish and mercenary bank clerk, quits his job to keep a deathwatch on his rich aunt whom he hasn't seen in 30 years. He announces that since he's taken the trouble to answer her dying summons, he'd like her to get it over with and collect his inheritance. But Grace, the object of his disaffection, doesn't appear to be cooperating any time soon. This oddly matched pair become trapped in a macabre bond that's comic on the surface, and deeply human at its core.
