In 2011 nearly 15,000 individuals made a UPAF gift through an Employee Giving campaign. With nearly 175 active campaigns throughout our region, Employee Giving represents approximately 30% of the total campaign revenue.

A UPAF employee giving campaign can be implemented in an organization with as few as ten employees or more than 1,000 employees. A Loaned Executive is assigned to each campaign to serve as a direct link to UPAF resources. UPAF provides pledge forms, speakers, performers, incentives, tickets, or anything else that the company coordinator can think of to make the campaign successful. The primary goal is to make the experience of an employee giving campaign easy, fun and rewarding.

UPAF provides everything that's needed, tailored to fit the needs of any organization. We provide supplies and support such as pledge forms, incentive items, speakers, performers, and anything else your organization may need.
It doesn't take a lot of time!
The process can take as little as 10 minutes as an agenda item during a staff meeting or it can be a multi-week extravaganza with several special events. An employee giving campaign can also be as simple as including a UPAF brochure and pledge form with payroll distribution. The campaign can even be run completely online! The online giving site can be used in conjunction with other planned events or as a campaign tool on its own. In our experience, an employee giving campaign is most successful when there is visible and active support by the CEO.
